and so i have decided to go ahead and submit my application to the French Culinary Institute back home in NYC.

for the last few months, i have gone back and forth over whether or not to submit the application and just go through with it but it really is what i want to do...so yeah.

nine months of school = $37,000.

Work wasn't too bad tonight at all. One of my tables bought a bottle of pretty nice wine and left me a glass to enjoy myself. Which I did.

That was a long weekend. I'm refusing to look at this day off as an extension of my weekend, because I worked the entire thing. So this day is just going to be considered a day off. I'd rather let the weekend end where it did - last night.

I'm working a double today.

I hate waking up in the morning completely sore for no good reason. My neck and back are absolutely killing me.

But at least I know that through working all day I'm going to make a decent amount of money. So I won't complain at all about having to work.

I dyed my hair today. Now it's blue/black. I think it's pretty sweet...I'll have to post a new pic or two when I get a chance.

I saw the Confederate States of America at the Naro tonight. The movie was definitely worth seeing. It's a film that will offend you, make you laugh, and make you think all at the same time.

CSA is a faux documentary (or mockumentary, whichever you prefer) set 150 years after the Civil War, assuming the South won.
