You don't have the defrag tool in your system tools menu under the Start menu ?
Click on the Start button..go to Accessories, then go into System Tools and then hit Disk Defragmentor.

All is better with my boy. I got up every 1-2 hours to check on him, well that is, the hours I actually slept. I am tired but very relieved & happy now.
My back is almost totally better too from the sprain, even despite the fact I spent some of the night on his floor. It is a good day.

My son was in headache agony this morning & then he got a fever & when I tried to get him to the doc he started vomiting. I tried afew times to get him to the car to go to the doc but when he moves, he vomits. His temp has only been between 99.5-100.4, but still I am pacing & freaking out all day....

I sprained a back muscle. It basically feels like I sprained my entire body. And the pinched nerve pain from the swelling is like a hell you could never imagine until you have experienced it. This happens alot, about twice a year since I was young, so I am used to it, but... fuck I am so bored with all this RICE & in pain...

I second the earplugs suggestion...after years of living with roommates, I myself just wear the moldable foam kind from Walgreen's, which have always worked pretty well, but if you can get a custom fit, even better!
That video was funny, but having worked as customer service phone rep in the past, I had to feel a little for the guy at the other end of the phone. You have to put up with a lot of shit when you do that kind of work, and you could tell how exasperated he was, yet I'm sure he couldn't just terminate the call, lest he lose his job,,,
