I spent the day coaching CrossFit. Beautiful, rainy day, doing one of my favorite things in the world. Then I did couple of workouts of my own. One, an olympic lifting workout that was pretty ill-conceived and then a shoulder press workout that was more structured, but very ambitious. I am officially cooked and looking to get some food and a hot shower....
