So it's been 3 weeks since I pinched my nerve again but this time it seems to be here to stay, I've had Sciatica for awhile now but it usually comes and goes and as long as I worked out it was never a problem, have barelt been able to walk for weeks now but still limping to the gym, managed to hit not one but 2 personal records for bench but since my back is affected my squats and deadlifts have gone to crap which is killing my ego more then affecting my workouts since I'm very good at isolations. On a fun note I'm starting to see alot of the muscles I could see at 225 while at 260lbs which means I'm gaining like crazy though the belly needs work but I don't get the luxury of cardio since I can barely walk most days :-(
