Well tomorrow will mark one week until I close on the purchase of my new house. Everything has gone smooth up until now(sure i just jinx myself), and I am excited. I am not excited about being broke.... but at least I will own my own house.

I wish there was some consistency with new england weather. i mean its feb 1 and its not that cold out, but we are having icey rain...... where is the snow. i would like to have winter back please..... just for a few weeks, then ill be ready for spring.
