At uni I'm part of the Mental Health Awareness Network and as part of 'Feel good February' we've run something for yourself week.
The idea is to take an hour out of the week and look after yourself by doing something you enjoy or something you have never tried before. We are doing this to raise awareness of the stress that students face and to make sure that people know it's OK to take some time out for themselves.
This morning I saw it was sunny out so i decided to eat breakfast outside on my massive bean bag.
It's great for the soul to just take some time and know you're doing it just for you. Everyone should do it not just us students!
I think this would be a great topic for @missy to set as the blog topic for the girls one week. Take a load of and just do something for yourself.
