Sorry to have been away for the last few days, but the world is not currently my friend. Today is day 3, spent mostly in bed, and not in the good way. Sinus infection is the culprit, and I can safely say that my wife is to blame. (She is just now getting over the same illness.) 😷

Oh yuk. I had the same and allergies lately. My head over a bowl of boiled water with a tiny bit of peppermint and eucalyptus oil opened my nose up a bit. So painful. I hope you feel better soon.
