Introduction
I hurt a bit due to my forever cracked sternum. As the weather changes, my bones flex in my neck, spine,hands, feet and chest/ ribs all hurt for a few months. I love the weather but it kicks my ass. It's fun but I have to keep making. So I do because I love it.
