Gym every night, a minimum of 2 miles of running a night. A lot of cardio, and some lifting. I have been trying a lot non stop workouts to help my stamina. I wear me head band ever night at the gym haha. Taking in a lot of protein, started a new diet. It's tough but it's worth it when you cross the finish line, with that headband on your head, and beer in your hand. It's the greatest feeling iv ever had. It's a big accomplishment.
