Interesting new thing I learned. Apparently if online popularity is your goal, a British study suggest that quantity trumps quality.

They compared word count, tone and subject towards peoples opinions of the individuals and found it the number of words correlated the most closely with their popularity.
Neat but before I anyone takes this as a sign to become a human spam bot please note that the study had a population of 75. Still interesting though.
