Gym 3 days a week (which I already do), learning to dance (blues and swing) at work at night (instructional videos), learning Tai Chi at work at night (videos) and possibly taking a Tai Chi class at a local place.

and my license in the next few months...
I picture all of this stuff, and I see a me that I like.
I am more determined than ever to fix my estistence. If I can transform into what I want, I see a much more confident, happy Luke.
And I like the thought of that.
