So, instead of bitching about my life in this post, i'm going to talk about my tattoo and my future tattoos.
As of right now, I only have 1 tattoo. It's on my left shoulder and its the chemical formula for serotonin. The reason I got the strange tattoo on myself is because i have always had a serotonin deficiency. So all most of my life I have either had depression problems or emotional problems. I was taking pills for it around the age of 14 till about 16, it didn't really help. The next part is a really long story but a lot of people made my life a lot better, I got off the pills and I no longer have a serotonin deficiency problem. So I got the formula tattooed on my should next to my heart to always remind me of the people who cared so much about me to help me overcome my problems.
So for my next tattoo it's going to be a mixture of a few things.
I have always loved Alex Gray's art work. I love his style and how he can really capture deep meaning in his art. His line works are amazing and that's the type of style I'm going for.
Secondly, My favorite creature, insect, whatever, Is the Praying Mantis. I have always loved them. To me the empower wisdom, and well being. My mother also loves Praying Mantises. She used to have a garden full over them. As a kid I remember always going out there and just looking at them for hours. So the Praying Mantis has meaning to me in two ways. I want to colab these to into one tattoo having the style of Alex Gray's artwork, and a Praying mantis. I want it to go on my chest or arm, just not sure yet.
