I have just started back at the gym after a few months off. And I love it. It gives me more energy, confidence and time to think away from the kids when I'm working out.

My day is a bit better then last night. My medication was recently tweaked by my Dr and i had some very bad side effects at work. some double vision and dizziness on top of other crap. but today i'm just a little woozy. and staying home. with my two loves Law&Order:SVU and the Olympics.
