I survived Eon 8! Wewt!

So I'm in the process of moving. Again. I'm so tired of moving.

Actually, I'm just tired. I'm starting to get to that empty feeling, emotionally drained, apathetic tired. Basically I need something to make all the working and struggling worth it. At the moment I don't feel like there is anything.

Although, there is a girl at the food...

So work is kicking my ass. I don't really even do anything (I work in the IT department), at least not anything physical, but I'm always exhausted.

I'm also having some trouble deciding what I want to do with my life/education. My plan had been to double major in Math/Comp Sci, but I'll be damned if Astrophysics isn't the most interesting shit I've ever encountered....

Okay, so at first I was like, "sure, that was a dumb thing to say" but then I read "pun" and I thought about it, and yeah, that was a BAD pun. love
malloreigh:
Heheh, no, I think goofy sayings are awesome. Being smooth is totally, completely overrated.

Moe's IS the shit!! I didn't make it there today like I wanted to, but I'm looking quite forward to my next visit there. I know some boys in NY who I think provided Moe's with their start-up capital (because they eat there allll the time) to move out West. And I thank them greatly for it. tongue

Where did you disappear to???

Man, it's crazy how quickly all my spare time got sucked away. I'm working 8-5 (actually more like 8-6) at my new job. Mostly menial stuff, like ghosting computers, running down and slapping more memory in nurse's computers, that sort of thing. But it's pretty darn good money, and I kind of enjoy it, so hey.

Took a bike ride up to Davidson on Friday,...

I realized the other day that I'm so much better at real life than I am at the internet, which is really hysterically funny. I've spent 10+ hours a week online (tats the minimum, i've spent many weeks of 100+ hours) every week for the past... 8-9 years. By comparison, outside of interaction with my three lifelong friends, i've only started being a social creature...

So I took a pretty awesome motorcycle trip this past weekend. My friend and I left Charlotte and went to Asheville via 74 and I26, where we picked up the Blue Ridge Parkway. What a perfect road. It's soooo gorgeous through the mountains, and t's limited access, some nice twists and turns, good camping... mmm. We also had to take a detour and ended up...

I hate Firefox. If you set a cookie for a site without the www. prefix (http://website.com), and then try to load the page with the www. (http://www.website.com) it won't read the cookie!!! I absolutely loathe IE, but I've gotta give the win to IE in that particular round. I'm too tired to think about this tonight. If I can fix it without just having seperate...

If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits eighty-eight miles per hour, you're gonna see some serious shit.

Holy crap i've been worthless as of late. It's all because I can't turn off the DOSBox to stop playing Wing Commander or Lemmings. And in the rare instance that I pry myself away from that, suddenly I've got NEStopia open to play Bubble Bobble (you'll have to do a bit of scrolling for that one, sorries).

Basically I've been reliving my childhood for...

So I was at the Apple store in Charlotte today returning a Mac Mini with my friend that his father had bought. Being the geeks that we are, we took some time to drool over all the Apple-y goodness, and I ended up at the 12" iBook after about 40 minutes. The iBook was right next to the glass in the front of the store...
