I feel better already.
I finally got in a whole week of running. I made the monday run. I made the wednesday run. I made the friday run. And now Im on a second week of so far so good (I ran yesterday). We shall see what happens tommorow.
I feel physically better. I feel like I breathe easier, my pants already are starting to fit again (my billabongs almost fit the way they are supposed to, my Lee jeans still give me the dunlop disease). I have a sense of well being I have not had since I "took it easy". My girl friend is going to return from christmas break and barely recognize me.
My shoulder still isnt even close to rehabilitated. It could be 2010 before I play rugby again, or even do a chin up (hands facing away) or a dip. Today will be my second attempt since the dislocation at a pull up (hands facing in).
