When I need big work, I usually end up getting two doses of Valium, a hefty shot of some numbing drug (that is supposed to last 6-9hours) and my dentist knows he has just about 30 minutes. Makes for an interesting visit, but fortunately for me, he is a good Dr and I don't usually need much more than a cleaning every so often.
Hope St. Pattys was good for you
