Just incase you were wondering...I'm not dead, just extrodinarily busy with work and school. School is fantastic. I honestly think that this is what I'm supposed to be doing and that just makes me happy. I entered a very large professional cooking competition at the end of October in Spokane. I'm super nervous, but even if I suck, it will still be an awesome experience.
