last night I made an indian dish: bindi masala. I like the way it sounds (said with an indian accent) bindi masala.
you could even start a boutique PR firm, called bindi masala public relations. or bindi masala represents.
hm it's only 10 am on sunday. I'd better stop now.
anyway, so the dish turned out great.
coriander, cumin, garam masala (a spice), fresh ginger, garlic and onion (of course) and fried okra. I love okra! (because it's used in persian cuisine-my parents are fromthere.
and I used 'a taste of thai' brand turmeric-flavored rice.
