I got those when Putty was paralyzed from the spinal rupture and it kicked the wind out of me every time.

A few minutes away from metropolitan southern california area (meaning you'll never run out of work and tons of parties nearby, the best of anything and everything you want i.e. schools and such), but still snowy and freezin ass cold in the wintertime and moderately secluded. Cheap too. And even cheaper.
