2- I am all too familair with this. (your current journal and your previous one) A similar tone was washed over me for the past X bazillion months, and I've been talking to no one.
I don't have any general advice that would be a silver bullet for a bad mood or depression or what have you; it seems that each time I get out of the mood by a change or slight modification of my perspective. that changes the playing feild and gets me out of the hole. But this change of perspective seems to come to me in a different way each time.
All i can say is hang in there.
