I just saw my favorite band again last night. The experience was much different than the San Francisco show; the San Fran show had more dancers and the show was more fluent. The Pomona show had more soul, more kids into the band, and was generally more fun of an experience.
God, Ladytron was amazing. I found myself having some of the most pure feelings in my life at both of them. I've seen plenty of shows, where a couple of the bands were my favorites of the time . . . but they just don't compare.
I found myself crying, while dancing, a couple times during the San Francisco show. I wonder if anyone else has ever experienced that. Having such intense feelings . . . the dancing and the yelling wasn't enough. It shocked me.
I don't know, I suppose. I had great times at the El Ray, the Mezzanine and the Glass House, three nights out of the last six. I, really, just hope I have more chances in my life to feel as pure and blissful as I did on each of those evenings.
