The birthday report!
wow what a weekend. I have to say i have the best friends in the world. I kicked off friday with dinner at a mexican restuarnt which i couldnt pronounce the name of if I tried. The ENTIRE menu was in full blown spanish, yet i managed to get a delicious tortas sandwich. We headed to Howl at the Moon in Universal City. It was packed and it kinda had a weird vibe all night. After a few weak drinks i settled for a Hurricane which ill quietly name Hell. I think the bartender put half a bottle of 151 in it. My friends and I hung out, did some people watching. I must give Kudos to the 300 pound sweaty fat man that danced on the stage for 2hrs. You sir, are a champion. Also met some cool british guys on "holiday" who chilled out with me and my lady friends for the evening. They were hilarious and drank me under the table. by 3am we had returned to my friend Isabels house where Hurricane Hell finally got the better of me. After a quick puke and vigorous tooth brushing i returned to the floor and army crawled across the house and onto the couch.
Flash forward to 7:30am. For some reason im up and running, trying to destroy the hangover. I eat half a loaf of bread and have two glasses of sunny d. Add a aspirin and im sober by 10am. I hit the road and meet my friends in Marina Del Ray for lunch and some last minute artistic conspiring. After a little more drawing and planning, I head to T-Man Tattoo in Studio City. Five hours later and im the proud owner of a full chest piece! I should be going back for color in a month or so. Everyone i spoke too said the chest is painful and it bleeds alot. It wasn't bad at all in my opinion. The center of my chest and lower pec stung a bit more, but overall the rest was cake. I actually fell asleep on the table for a little bit. Finished up with a late dinner and then it was back to Marina Del Ray to crash out. I watched fast times at ridgemont high for the first time, that movies rad.
Today was pretty chill, just alot of recovering from the scheduling. I work nights so being up early two days in a row kinda messed with my body clock.
Then i saw SuckerPunch at am IMAX. This movie is EPIC. Its everything a guy could want in a movie. Cute half naked girls, fighting samurai, orcs, dragons, zombies and robots to a soundtrack featuring covers of the pixies, Bjork and the Eurythmics. The movie seems like a two hours strip tease music video with hints of Zelda, various animes and SG girls. I will be seeing this again.
Overall a excellent birthday

And after a few drinks (and by that I mean a few too many, hahah) I completely forgot about ice buckets and would wander down four floors with my glass every time I had poured a new drink, just to get a handful of ice for it.
Sounds like you had an awesome birthday!
