It's a quick prototype. Years ago, a friend and I talked about the Yip Yips at work and I wanted to make one. I finally got started on it. Building several and making videos for Youtube would be a lot of fun.

This is from my first roll of Kodachrome 64 (expired in 2009). When I heard about the progress being made in color processing, I got a few rolls and tried one while on spring break in March. It came back with a magenta cast on it and this is the best color I could get from it. I suspect the film wasn't stored properly before I bought it. I have a few more rolls to experiment with. I don't know how Kodachrome stayed off my radar until after production had ended. I shot plenty of slide film in the early 2000s but no Kodachrome. I suspect that the camera shop I frequented didn't carry it. Too bad. It would have been great to shoot this in its heyday.
