Two years ago I met a nurse who would turn out to be my best friend and wing woman. We share the same sick sense of humor and skewed perspective on the world. I call myself a gimp and a cripple as a way of taking the negative connotation of the words away. I encourage others to call me that as well (I don't recommend doing this to someone other than me if you don't know how the person feels about those words.) and she calls me her gimp and my family calls me gimpy. Anyways, one day I was trying to think of a good cam name and I asked her for her opinion when she suggested CrippleThreat. I immediately fell in love with it. It's perfect for me because one of the biggest elements in my life is humor. If I receive bad news I respond with sarcasm to make myself and those around me laugh. smile, and know that rest assured we all are going to be okay. Yes, i'm definitely deflecting but the poor souls who are new to the party don't need to know that. I also love gimp jokes.
"The world takes my disability far too seriously and I refuse to stand for it." As hilarious as this joke is, it is all too true.

I've always thought of "cripple" as a good, honest word. But, for the life of me,, I don't know why, they named a CREEK after us!!!!!! I've never seen a creek that seemed crippled, in any way. I have been up SHIT CREEK, many times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
