Don't worry toots!!! His phd only seems to be a stumbling block when trying to get jobs back in Glasgow. His specialist field is quite narrow and jobs are a bit thin on the ground there. At the moment he has a really well paid job that he likes, and hes been offered work in London. But I want us to move back to Scotland *pout*
