Saw something funny walking home today. This girl was walking her dog (one of those tiny dogs... not much bigger than cat). All of a sudden this huge pile of snow falls from the rooftop of the building she was walking beside and completely covered the little dog. The girl for a brief second froze (as you would when a mound of snow falls unexpectedly...

Just saw on t.v. that there was so much snow, that the city will need another 5 days to clean up this snowy mess. *sigh* Worst storm we've had in 35 years.

Haha, I just got a call from my boss. Two inches of snow and we're closed! Pretty brilliant since I had Friday off.

As for favourites? Man I've loads of 'em. Altho I can't stop listening to The Be Good Tanyas. And Cherryholmes is so good. Any of the oldies I love.

Eew, that much snow would make me cranky. Unless I was snowed in with a cute man wink But...yeah, since that's not happening...cranky smile

Snow, snow, snow... We got a crazy amount of snow dumped on the city today... 45cms (17inches for you America folks)!!! Getting to work was quite the adventure... the city decided to plow the side streets first instead of the main streets (still trying to figure that one out). There was narry a clear sidewalk to be seen...

I feel for you, I've started having this similar problem (which bizzarely, I never had with my previous cats). Luckily my cat is in Paris and I'm most often at my London home so I don't suffer from it all year. I try not to rub myself on him when I see him now which helps a little but I miss him so much...
dicey:
On another note, I don't think I've ever seen 45 cms of snow!

Holy wow! Your ex-landlord and my landlord should get together and drink some cianide laced kool-aid!

Me? I'm a landlords fucking wet dream! I'm quite as hell, I've got a steady state job and I'm neat. Yet this miserable fuck comes up with things to bitch at me for. I mean, seriously man...what does he do, sit around at work all day thinking of things he could write me a passive-agressive pissy ass note to me about? Walk about the outside of my apartment, or in my backyard looking for something, ANYTHING to get pissed about???

Rrrrrrrr....

Jesus...I'm really about to go Pacific Heights on this guy! Hahaha...

My friend Keysha was losing her job and her landlords son told her that if she gave him head that he would take $75 off her rent! She didn't do anything about it, but if it was me, I'd have agreed and then bit his dick off or something nasty like that! Okay...not really, but wouldn't that be a story!?

Ok... it's frickin' cold out there. It's -22C without wind. I am NOT going out to get a slice of pizza in this weather. eeek

I am not sure I would be successful at the ski mask game. I'd end up giggling and I'm pretty sure no one is disconcerted by a girl in a ski mask with the giggles biggrin

I made some good music connections last Saturday. I was just sitting there enjoying the band and a dude walks up to me saying, "hey, I know you... you're that amazing banjo player I saw at Grumpy's (a bar downtown)! You fly, dude!". eeek What a compliment! smile He asked me if I was available to do some recording with his band in January and I said...

My Christmas shopping is basically done. All my stuff came in on Friday! A few little things left to get and I'll have successfully done all my shopping online!
