Sooo.....lovely ladies, I am going threw this alone. So I need some good suggestions and support!
I am going to stop eating meats for a couple of months and see how it goes. With that said, are there any non- meat eaters around? If so, what do you cook for yourself? Send me some of your favorite recipes!

i'm not a lovely lady, but a lifelong vegetarian. the moosewood cookbook is a fine source, as are most Indian cookbooks. here's a quick brunch recipe: take a block of tofu and roll it in papertowels and squeeze all the water out. crumble into a frying pan with a half-stick (or more) of butter. grate in a half of a zucchini, some bell pepper (jalapenos) and some carrot. shake some currypowder on the whole business, and stir for a bit; when the tofu is brown, scooch it all to the side of the pan and throw in a diced tomato with garam masala or just by itself. serve with toast and strong tea or coffee. nom!
