Spring is bad for me. Always. As in every year i managed to catch a flu, this time a variety that holds on for weeks now and wont completely go away. Hate you spring.

This is iphone.
Previous songs were recorded in our friends practice room, where they have a mini recording studio, mixed on Adobe audition, but really should be treated as a garage production.

Oh despair!
Tried to start running and my ankle gave up on me. I'm walking instead of running now, trying to do at least 5km per day, keeping it at ~10mins per k. Even found myself one very usefull android app to track my progress.
Now i'm so sore i cant move... 6 days of that, plus some workouts and i'm dying.

Well done though. Running or walking your doing it. I signed up for a online running scheme in Jan, claims to get me running a marathon by next feb. Its brilliant it works out how far you have to go and how long it should take you. It emails me everyday to assist with tracking. Started a mile a day four times a week and now up to 4.5 miles a day four times a week. its Brilliant.
