i just have to say i'm way proud of myself in my exercise adventures lately! i've finally forced myself to get outside even though many times i have to bring an umbrella and my rock and roll rain boots. but what great rain boots they are.
its amazing how just getting outside for a couple hours can change how you feel so drastically....
