I just heard a news story on the radio and I want to make sure I understood correctly.  If you ride a bicycle in Australia, you have to wear a helmet or you risk a $400 fine?  And you must carry identification while riding?  Is that correct?

Wow, it is rare to see someone wearing a helmet over here, so I'm amazed that it's illegal over there.  Certainly makes sense, though!  Thanks for the scoop!  Oh, I'll send you a note so you don't have to dig for my old one about the water.  Thank you so much.  You're really smart, so I figured you'd be a great person to ask.
