Though of the day.....

If holidays with friends and family is spose to be that great then why is this time of year so depressing?

Purgatory

Tormented soul held way deep down inside
Screams of help upon deaf ears always cried
No hope of salvation only darkness to guide
In shadows sentenced for life always to hide

Tortured by demons that belong in the past
Imprisoned by love lost, the distance grew vast
Feelings of unhappiness most of which self cast
Surprised at just long forever can last
