I read a book called Confessions of an Economic Hit Man and it made me think a lot about how complacent we are to other peoples suffering. As long as we got our entertainment and our food we're fine, and if we feel guilty we give a few bucks to some charity and we forget about it. That is not right.... things won't change either as long as our current lifestyle and our business systems stay the same. I am profoundly ashamed to call myself a human, an American, we as a people can do so much more.....Think about it, for the cost of war in Iraq we could have provided clean water and basic sanitation for everyone on the planet.Everyone. Damn oh well back to finals prep.
