Yes, I went to Asda today and it was way too fucking Christmassy and happy. Fucking Cliff singing his elderly heart out and me counting every penny as I went down each aisle. I still spent 45 and all I had for tea was a poxy salad. Why is it that Christmas makes every non-perfect family feel like shit? I feel like shit about the whole thing

Donna was one of my best friends from school. Her death is unexplained at the moment although I think her little heart just stopped beating. She'd had major problems with food and alcohol, having too much of one and none of the other
