I ate wayyyyy to much. Blargh.

My new addiction is spinach artichoke dip. Seriously, that stuff is my crack!!! I make a whole big batch on the weekends and then take it to work with me and eat on it all week long. Delish!!

I'm so looking foward to fall, and cooler weather, and crunchy leaves, and bonfires. I went grocery shopping the other day...

Oh man. Oh man. Oh man smile

I have a kinda-sorta interview tomorrow. Perhaps a new job could be on the horizon??

God, I hope so. You get really, really depressed when you look at your hard earned college degree and then realize you only make 17,000 a year. And that's without taxes.

Keep your fingers crossed!!!!! wink

Ugh ugh ugh. I'm slipping up in my exercise routine. I think I'm getting burnt out...but dang, it's so hard when you don't see hardly any results frown

I just keep telling myself it's best for the long run.....

I've been eating a more vegetarian diet...I only eat meat when I absolutely have to...it's been easier than I thought.

So, I guess I'm going to go...

Me and the hubbs are moving this weekend into our new place. This has seriously got to be the easiest move ever. All we have to do, is go down some stairs and through a garage into our kitchen. I'm pumped. Normally, I hate everything and anything to do with moving, but not this time!

So, yeah, If I'm gone for a few days thats...

you are so lucky, you are one of only a hand full of people who get to move like that and who is also excited about their new place.
alchemy13:
yeah, normally I haaaaate moving. I got so sick tired of moving in and out of the dorm, and then I switched my off campus apartment twice in one year...and then I moved in with my husband. But I dont really mind it this time and it's gone by fairly well.

So, I'm trying to pry myself away from meat. So far, I've been meatless for two days and it's not near as bad as I thought. But.....when you married the biggest red meat consumer under the sun...yeeeeeeeah. Interesting, to say the least.

Tonight I made japanese style fried rice with tofu and it's pretty good! It was my first time ever playing with tofu...and the...

I stopped eating red meat for 2 years, now I eat it from time to time, but I never gave up chicken or turkey.

Good luck on being a vegetarian, the first week or two is easy, then it gets pretty hard for a while, but if you truly want to do it then Im sure you can.

crissi:
Ahhh, I see.

And thanks! You should give it a go! Your hair is long and lovely, it'll look so nice.

Too bad you arn't on the west side, I've been looking for a dread buddy, I would help out, and only in exchange for a nice bottle of wine, mmm

so, in honor of this swine flu/h1n1 garbage, I've been playing Pandemic online for the past two days.

The first "confirmed" case of the piggy sickness was a woman from the county I live in. Score!!

Seriously, I've neve seen so many hypacondriacs shitting themselves over something. Wash your hands, drink some Gatorade, and can it!

I'm surprisd more people around here haven't conjured up...

I looooove lazy Sundays.

Slept in, got up, went to gym, came home, ate Special K, about to make my weekly grocery run. Trying to decide what to make for dinner tonight - either grilled halibut fillets or chicken stir fry. I love Sundays cause it's the only real day I get to cook and make a fab dinner.

Then after that, clean my apartment...
