There were a few moments this year where I had fun in class.
2 weeks ago during jazz Ensemble rehearsal, We were playing jingle Bells, and during the part where I don't play, I started doing the cabbage patch, and My music theory teacher who was playing piano, Looked at me and said " you just about lost your damn mind"
There was another time in my pop culture class when I was trying to get somebody's attention & I kept calling her name, but eventually I just called her "crazy" because she sings that song the one from Patsy Cline, and she turned around and we all started laughing so hard.
Obviously being around music is my natural element and so that's the best time to catch me being completely fucking silly and not giving a shit about anything. So 90% of the times anytime the singers are up there trying to perform during rehearsal, I start dancing in my chair and they can't keep their composure and my jazz leader is always rolling his eyes and asking if there's something wrong with my chair.
Other times I got to get serious as I am the band leader from a combo but this day was a day that just we couldn't continue. Again talking about the song Merry Christmas baby by Otis Redding, the singer pronounced the word chimney as c h i m l e y. I don't know why but she can't say chimney so every time she sings she pronounces it with an L and it's hilarious and I can't play the song with her singing Because I lose it every time.
"Santa came down the chimley..."
Lol
