Hey vayda, what's your workout routine? I'm short and thicker and I find it hard for me to run on the treadmill.

I do cardio 20 mins a day.  And a well rounded weight training 2-3 times a week <3

@vayda  when you first started out did you do 20 mins or work your way down? What kind of weights do you use???
