I've been down a couple times, but for whirlwind tours where all my hours were booked in advance. Didn't put the word out for fear of offending everyone I wouldn't get to catch up with. Mind you, they were all nerdy visits, working on my game. 
I should be back in LA here and there before too much longer. I don't know exactly when, but my game's graphic designer is down in LA, and we should have another face to face before the game goes to press in 3-ish months.

So, I've been playing the trial of EQ2 a little bit. Interesting, interesting. I love how the chars are most customizable, you don't have to recast buffs, new spells/factions/races, all that shit is hella cool. (and a bit refreshing) So far, I think I've liked my Iksar Shadowknight the best. 
Don't worry though, my fire mage is about to get Dragon's Breath. Halfway to 50....
