In the middle of this Covid chaos, I finally started to practice something I wanted for years and I didn't have time, Yoga. It's amazing to see how our breathing, our elasticity gets better. It's a really great way to connect your soul and mind to your body and spend time with yourself. ♥️

This week it was my 100 day confinement anniversary, not easy, but I feel happy that I have the chance to be at home with people I love.

How are you taking care of your health during this hard time?

I'm trying to do exercises, like dacing, not eat junk food all the time (not easy), some stretches, it's important to keep our body active ❤️
