Its my bday woo. I am in the hospital. I got in a bike wreck and broke my femur. They had to put a metal rod in it. Wish me a speedy recovery :') I just got my dose of dalauded and im a little out of it. Ill post more later.

I just made rice crispy treats with fruity pebbles. Yum. I want to learn to make lots of sweets without buying crazy utencils ofcorse. Does anyone have yummy easy sweets recipes? This isn't so much a sweet, more of a breakfast bread, but I'm a big fan. it is called Dutch Baby, sort of a german pancake... you can add jam or whatever you like, it goes great with anything sweet. This bakes best in a glass pan.
Pan Size: 3 cups,
1tbsp butter
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
(Essentially 1/4 cup milk and flour for every egg if you want to make it bigger, and just make sure there is enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan.)
1. Put butter in pan and place in a preheated 425 degree oven. While butter melts, quickly mix batter in blender or food processor.
2. Whirl eggs at high speed for 1 minute, until light and lemony colored. With motor running, gradually pour in the milk, then slowly add flour. Continue mixing for 30 seconds.
3. Remove pan from oven and pour the batter into the hot melted butter. Retrn to oven, bake until browned - 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the pan.

1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 c. chocolate bits ( I like halve the amount to 4oz)
Combine graham cracker crumbs, condensed milk and chocolate bits. Spread in a buttered 9 x 9 or 10 x 10 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool. Then cut into squares.

I was going to suggest Altered State also! I was down in the Keys in January and my boyfriend and i drove to Miami for the tattoo convention. I won first place for women in the "Large Black and White" category. I didn't see too much for great quality work there but it pushed me to look into what Fla. has to offer.... since i'll be living down there in about a year. I looked at their (AS) stuff on line and it's just AWESOME!
