Alright... I need to go on a diet.

I have a habit of toning up for photoshoots but in the 2 weeks between shooting I indulge in anything that has dairy, cheese, chocolate or hops in it. In massive quantity. I don't say no to myself. So maybe this blog will keep me accountable to actually lose weight.

I feel like I need to post a before so see below, this was taken a few days ago. I think I ate myself a pound or two of sushi and microbrews since then, but you get the general idea of what I look like. Then I'll post an after in about 2 weeks, after my next round of photoshoots. My goal is to lose a few pounds and flatten my little belly. Tips? Lets hear them.

I had problems with my card at the time, so it's possible not.

I vote with others who say you look great as you are. I find that just focusing on what I'm eating and trying to make a few right choices helps.

uhmm.... I don't see any parts of you that need to "lose a couple pounds", but doing a little extra cardo is usually the best way to burn some extra calories.

hey thank you so much for your awesome and helpful comments in the naked group! smile i appreciate you taking time out to answer my questions in a way that actually has useful tips. from your pics, it is clear to me that you know what you are doing!

ps: i lost a ton of weight after seeing a naturopath and going on the candida diet. it is similar to what you do to slim down anyways, but it helped me dip under a plateau i was at for so long.

You look so hot in this pic, Lady! I have the same problem, see I'm Hispanic and I love food. My family makes a lot of it! And I end up starving myself before photoshoots! Ah! But lately my friend had literally been dragging me to the gym and won't let me leave for an hour. (and he also won't let me sit an watch the T.V. in the corner blackeyed ) But I agree that smaller portions and working off some of the calories you intake is the key! Love ya! Can't wait to see the progress! love
