ok, i'm a fan of veggies, steamed veggies. my usuals that i make is broccoli and califlower. yum yum, eat that shit up. so i'm at the grocery store tonight with my buddy, and they say, so you gotta get your broccoflower, right?" we're walkin around in the produce, and low and behold, ther is a hybrid of the 2, BROCCOFLOWER!!! now, i'm a pro at buying procuce and leaving it to it's own devices in my fridge for weeks, but i didn't think they were going to spawn a bastard mutant to sell at whole foods!! so i had to buy it, i ate it for dinner, and let me tell you, it's heavenly.
anyone else heard of mommy's little bastard?
wow, i'm such a loser, my thread is about a new vegitable

I think it's actually called Dijonaise, but I could be wrong. And I'm sure it's less gross than green ketchup.

Cauliflower tastes like ass. Actually ass tastes better and I have tried more times than Cauliflower.

Brussels Sprouts suck even more.

Broccoli is yummy as long as it's not overcooked.

I love broccoli and cauliflower. I wonder if the grocery store down the street has this combination of the two.

Very Interesting Hybrid here - I'll have to look for it - the Asian markets are sure to have it! There is also BROCCOLINI which has smaller heads and is quite the rage in stirfrys and such......(Cauliflower is RAD in curry btw) love

Broccolini... I tried steaming it, stir frying it, covering it in sauce... any way I ate it it was vile. Which is weird for me, I love veggies.
I've heard of this broccoflower... myst fine and consume broccoflower...
