Today I did an amazing back and shoulder workout, my favorite workout in the first place! I love the aesthetics of the whole body worked, muscles in harmony and now I'm even happier that I'm starting to fiber 🥹❤️ “Where the body gets tired and the mind rests”

Cela fait du bien bien pour le corps et l'esprit. Ce qui me permet d'avoir des permanences dans mes randonnée et dans le trail running. Que j'effectue purement par loisirs.
